Every great Renaissance Faire is built by the hands and hearts of its volunteers, and we'd be honored to have ye among our ranks!
Whether ye choose to welcome guests, help merchants, assist performers, or lend a hand behind the scenes, your time and talents will help bring our Scottish village to life.
To begin your journey, simply complete the Volunteer Application. Once you've enlisted, you'll be able to choose the volunteer shifts and village roles that best suit your interests and availability.
Together, we'll create an unforgettable inaugural North Inch Renaissance Faire.

Choose Your Role
Village Builders
Assist with setting up and tearing down stages, tents, decorations, fencing, and other essential village structures before and after the Faire.
Gatekeepers
Welcome guests to the Faire! Assist with admissions, ticket sales, wristbands, and answering basic questions as patrons enter the village.
Village Keepers
Help keep the village clean and welcoming by emptying trash, monitoring restrooms, and maintaining the grounds throughout the event.
Village Craftsmen
Help build the North Inch village from the ground up! This crew constructs stages, benches, props, scenery, signs, and other structures that bring the Faire to life. If you enjoy woodworking, construction, painting, crafting, or building, we'd love to have you on the team.
Stable Masters
Help direct traffic, assist with parking, and ensure guests arrive and depart safely and efficiently.
Town Watch
Support a safe and enjoyable environment by serving as extra eyes and ears throughout the Faire. Assist guests, report concerns, and work alongside event staff when needed.
Royal Carriage Drivers
Provide transportation for guests and participants who need assistance getting around the Faire grounds. Help ensure everyone can enjoy the village comfortably and safely.
Queen's Messengers
Our floating volunteers are always ready to lend a hand! Fill in where needed, provide breaks for other volunteers, and assist wherever the village needs extra support.
Guild Captains
Lead and support a team of volunteers within your assigned area. Guild Captains help answer questions, coordinate schedules, solve problems, and ensure their crew has everything needed for a successful day.
The Healers' Guild
Assist with basic first aid and help respond to minor medical needs throughout the Faire. This role is ideal for volunteers with first aid or medical experience and works closely with event leadership during emergencies.
